Huy earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2000. He has developed a deep knowledge of portfolio management and identifying investment opportunities across a range of asset classes from fixed income to equity for clients. Prior to working in financial services, he worked for various biopharmaceutical companies as a manager in drug product development and manufacturing.
Huy lives in Newport Beach with his wife, Jacqueline and their son, James. An active community member, he sits on the Board of Harbor View Community Association and Newport Beach Baseball Association. He enjoys coaching his son’s athletic teams, personal fitness, cooking and travelling.
Huy’s credentials include the General Securities Representative Examination (Series 7), Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination (Series 63), Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination (Series 65) all registered with LPL Financial, as well as a California Life and Health Insurance licenses.
